These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the provision of mobile tyre fitting services by Emergency Tyre LTD ("Emergency Tyre") to its customers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1.2 Emergency Tyre acts solely as an intermediary connecting customers with Garages for tyre fitting services. Garages are independent businesses responsible for the provision of services, including tyre fitting and related activities.

2. Liability

2.1 Emergency Tyre LTD is not liable for any damages, losses, or mishaps arising from or related to the tyre fitting services provided by Garages.

2.2 Customers agree that any claims or disputes regarding the quality of service, damage to vehicles, or other issues arising from the tyre fitting services must be addressed directly with the Garage responsible for the service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle make, model, tyre specifications, and location for the tyre fitting service.

3.2 Customers must ensure that their vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for tyre fitting and that the Garage has clear access to the vehicle.

4. Garage Services

4.1 Garages are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their tyre fitting services.

4.2 Garages are liable for any damages or losses resulting from their tyre fitting services, including damage to vehicles or property.

5. Indemnification

5.1 Customers agree to indemnify and hold Emergency Tyre LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the tyre fitting services provided by Garages.

6. Termination

6.1 Emergency Tyre LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to customers or Garages at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
